At Nimbus, deep cleaning is led by a supervisor and a team of trained and qualified crew to your space. Our workers are all employed as per MOM regulations and are properly insured. We do not engage in freelancers or subcontractors so that we can properly control our service quality.

We provide all equipment, tools and chemicals for deep cleaning. Even if you don't have a single broom in the house, our team will handle the deep cleaning for you. What We Do

Deep Cleaning is for lived-in homes with furniture and personal items.

The scope of work includes:

General Areas including Balcony, Living, Dining & Bedrooms

Dust, wipe down and clean

All surfaces, including furniture, shelves, light switches and electronics.
Ledges, door, door knobs and handles.
Interior and exterior of TV console(s), cabinets and wardrobes.
Mirrors and glass surfaces.
Interior windows and frames.

High dusting / wipe down and clean (up to 2m ceiling height)

Aircon, corners and ceilings
Light fixtures and ceiling fans
Interior and exterior of TV console(s), cabinets and wardrobes.

Kitchen

Wipe down and clean

All countertops, surfaces and appliances
Cooker stove, hood and backsplash
Cabinet interior, exterior and handles
Sink and faucet
Interior and exterior of the microwave, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer (where applicable)

Bathroom(s)

Wipe down and clean

Toilet, shower, sink, and bathtub (where applicable)
Mirrors and glass surfaces
Countertops, fixtures and surfaces
Toilet bowl descaling

All Areas

Vacuum floor, carpets and rugs (where applicable)
Mop floors (where applicable)
Removal of trash generated during the cleaning process

Upon completion of cleaning, customer is invited to walk through the house for an inspection.

If there is any area of dissatisfaction, the team will rectify and touch up the areas.

Once customer is satisfied, supervisor takes 'After' photos. Customer will sign acknowledgement form and the job will be considered complete.

0.5 hour

For larger homes, we require a site visit to provide a quotation. An inspection fee of $50 is applicable and payable upon completion of the site visit. A detailed report and quotation will be sent to you within 48 hours of the site visit.

‍You can offset the inspection fee from the final quotation should you proceed with the requested service. This is not applicable to any other services on our website.

How do I file a claim with Nimbus for damages incurred during the service?

We strive to ensure that all our customers' belongings are protected during our service. However, if any items are damaged as a direct result of our service, we commit to providing fair compensation.

To file a claim, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service with evidence of the damage and proof that it was caused by our service. Once the claim is verified, you have two options for repair or replacement:

Engage a third-party service provider: Send us the quotation before proceeding. Nimbus must agree to the quotation for the claim to be valid.
Request Nimbus to handle the repairs if applicable

For items that cannot be repaired or replaced, please provide a receipt or proof of cost to validate the claim.

Will there be a supervisor for my move-in, move-out, post-renovation, or deep cleaning service?

Yes! A supervisor will be present alongside our professional team for every move-in, move-out, post-renovation, and deep cleaning service.

Please note that while the supervisor may not remain for the entire duration of the cleaning, they will minimally be there at the start to provide specific instructions to the cleaners and will return at the end to inspect the quality of work before completing the service.

What is the difference between move/ move out cleaning and deep cleaning

If the house is still being lived in, with furniture and other personal items in the house, it will be considered a deep cleaning.

Generally, the house should be empty or nearly empty of furniture for move in/ move out cleaning.

What is the process of deep cleaning?

The process of deep cleaning is as below:

1. Supervisor and team arrives with all tools and equipment

3. Cleaning commences

4. Upon completion of cleaning, customer is invited to walk through the house for an inspection.

6. Once customer is satisfied, Supervisor takes 'After' photos, the acknowledgement form will be signed and the job will be considered complete.
